Installing GPS Employee Tracking: Up Close and Personal
My boyfriend just got hired at this truck driving company that delivers produce. Anyways, he was a little upset because this company had a gps employee tracking systems installed in all their trucks, so they will know their employee’s location. He feels that they are not trusting him before he even begins working. I told him to try not to take this so personally. I believe if the workers are doing their jobs correctly, then their is nothing to be concerned about. So he thought about what I had said to him, and decided not to quit before he started the job.
